CAERAN IS AN AWARD WINNING, HIDDEN GEM, OFFERING REAL PEACE, TRANQUILLITY AND SECLUSION -
YET JUST 10 MINUTES FROM THE A55.
Established in the early 1950’s, Caeran is a long established caravan park in North Wales and has welcomed generations of families.
Adjacent to a delightful stone bridge, Caeran Caravan park is truly unique. Nestling in a sheltered valley with a backdrop of mature woodland, the park also benefits from a south-westerly aspect, guaranteeing long sunny days. On the banks of the River Elwy, Caeran is exclusive and unique, offering fifty-one privately owned 10ft and 12ft wide plots. An extensive re-development programme is underway, with over thirty newly refurbished plots comprising concrete bases, piped gas and 32amp electric.
All good holiday parks in North Wales are members of the British Holiday Home and Parks Association which we are!
Having looked at Caeran’s professionally constructed website, we decided to visit the park during the closed season, as we were looking at caravan parks with a view to purchasing a holiday home. On arrival, we were not disappointed, despite major works in progress. We received a warm and friendly welcome and were shown around. We were so impressed that we made a second visit and after frank and open discussions, we purchased our present unit. We value the prompt help we have received in sorting out minor teething problems. Now in occupation, we cannot speak highly enough of the welcome extended to us from other park residents. We look forward to many years coming to Caeran.MR AND MRS D. – CHESHIRE
I thought I would have to die to get to heaven, then I found Caeran Caravan Park. The most tranquil place to stay on earth! Rolling welsh hills, abundant wildlife, trout stream and fantastic management back-up. If you don’t like this place, there is something seriously wrong with you.MR AND MRS J. – MANCHESTER
We have been on the park for 35 years. We have always found it to be a quiet, safe and a very tranquil park. With no-sub letting, you see the same people most weeks – it makes it like a big family.MR AND MRS R. – LIVERPOOL
It was love at first sight for this family-run, family-friendly site in a peaceful riverside valley.MR AND MRS C. -STAFFORDSHIRE
When we decided as a family to purchase a caravan for our leisure time, we viewed many parks in the North Wales area. One of the things that became apparent, was that the parks that were on our shortlist were not on the flat and had hills to walk up when walking around the park. When we viewed Caeran, we knew it was the park for our family. Walking and cycling around the park is not a problem for our young grandchildren and also us. The photos on Caeran’s website were impressive, but that was nothing compared to viewing the park with my own eyes. We have never looked back!MR AND MRS J. – STOCKPORT
