How much does it cost to buy a holiday home on Caeran Caravan Park?
All our static caravans for sale include delivery, siting and connection. There are no hidden costs and pre-owned caravans are competitively priced.
Do you provide caravan finance?
As we are a small North Wales holiday park, we recommend that the purchaser contacts their own bank or building society, as they will be the most competitive.
What costs are not included in the site fees?
Piped gas and electric are metered, so you only pay for what you use and are billed twice a year. Pitches which have bottled gas are paid on delivery. All caravans also require insurance.
What do site fees cover?
Site fees cover water, sewerage, park maintenance, landscaping, refuse collection, grass cutting, use of park facilities and annual reinvestment.
Do the site fees increase for premium plots?
No. Every resident on the park pays the same site fees per year, even if they are situated on a premium plot. Every so often, we may have a vacant plot available and we work on a first come, first served basis.
Are verandahs/deckings allowed on the park?
Yes, but we only allow UPVC decking’s from our approved supplier.
Do you allow sheds?
Yes, we do. Council restrictions will not allow wooden or plastic sheds, however, metal sheds are permitted.
Can we sub-let our caravan?
Unfortunately, we do not allow sub-letting on the park. However, family and close friends are welcome to use the caravan.
Do I have to change my caravan after a certain number of years?
We have a 20-year policy. This is to maintain the high standards of the park.
