From 27th March, if cases remain low, stay at home restrictions will be lifted in Wales and self-contained accommodation will be able to re-open, but only to Welsh customers from a single household.

From 13th March, visits to the park by residents and non-residents are permitted if this is within your local area – usually within 5 miles.

Residents of England

UPDATE – Park Re-Opening

Following an announcement yesterday from the Welsh Government, Caeran Caravan Park can re-open on Saturday 11th July.

We are in the process of finalising our guidance/measures and look forward to welcoming you all back to the park.

Park Re-Opening

The First Minister of Wales has announced that we can re-open the park on July 13th. This is subject to the ‘R value’ being continued to be controlled.

It is clear that the world has changed due to COVID-19 and it is necessary to put in the relevant measures and changes to ensure the safety of our owners, staff and local community.

It goes without saying that the re-opening is a ‘momentous’ occasion and we are really looking forward to welcoming you all back to the park.

In the meantime, please keep safe and abide by the travel regulations currently in force here in Wales.

UPDATE – Caeran COVID-19 Statement

It is with great sadness that we inform you that the park has closed until further notice, following government advice and communications from our trade association.

With the government advice to avoid all but essential travel due to the rapid spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we all have a responsibility to consider not just ourselves but to the people of our county, the local community, the NHS and to residents/staff on the park.

This is a decision and action that all responsible parks are now acting upon and was unimaginable a few weeks ago.

This is an incredibly sad day for us all. We must follow government advice and urge you to co-operate with us at this very difficult time.

Our warmest thoughts that you and your family stay safe during the coming weeks and we look forward to welcoming you back to Caeran in the future.

Caeran COVID-19 Statement

Here at Caeran Caravan Park, we are delighted to see our residents visiting their vans, as well as potential new owners.

Please rest assured that the health and safety of our residents and friends is our top priority. We are following government and our trade association (BH&HPA) guidelines and will continue to monitor the situation.

We are a small community at Caeran so please bare this in mind when interacting with others. We are taking all the necessary measures on the park to ensure hygiene is of the upmost importance and to assist in delaying the spread.

Washing hands frequently with soap and water and the use of alcohol gel is advised. Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces is also important, along with avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth with hands that are not clean. Avoid close contact with people who may be unwell.

We would ask individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or are displaying symptoms, not to visit the park. Such symptoms include a dry cough, high temperature and/or shortness of breath.

If you develop symptoms whilst on site, do not enter public areas and avoid contact with others. Return home as soon as possible.

If you become seriously unwell whilst on site and are unable to return home, you should immediately self-isolate. Call NHS 111 or 0845 46 47, or go online at 111.nhs.uk. Please inform the office on 01745 540211 or email us.

If need be we can direct medical services to you, but we are unable to offer any medical assistance as we are not trained in this area.

At present, there is no advice from the government or our trade association that prevents the use of your caravan.

We are always on hand to help, so please do contact us if you have any queries. We will update you should guidance change.
