Opened in the summer of 2018, The Mill is a member’s venue and bar at Caeran Caravan Park.
The Mill offers a fantastic range of draught and bottled drinks (many locally produced), a terraced area and occasional entertainment/theme nights throughout the season. This facility is a rare find for such a small park.
We are pleased to announce that we are now stocking premium gins from Aber Falls:
ABER FALLS FRY GIN
The gin is based on the London Dry style but we call it a “Welsh Dry Gin”. It is made using Welsh water from the mountains around Aber Falls. Botanicals used are very traditional, providing a traditional juniper forward gin, with a layered citrus edge and a slightly spicy and sweet backbone.
ABER FALLS RHUBARB & GINGER GIN
Inspired by the warming, homely flavours of rhubarb & ginger crumble, a classic taste that brings back fond memories of Sunday dinners and family gatherings.
ABER FALLS ORANGE & MARMELADE GIN
A refined balance of sweet and bitter orange flavours, with the pine flavour of juniper: a citrus hit with warming aftertaste, guaranteed to tickle your taste buds!
